Yogurt is an ancient and magical food that is also beneficial to the skin. If you’re having a hectic day, you can unwind with this spell. To start, you need a tablespoon of cold plain yogurt, a light blue candle, and gardenia incense. Light the candle and the incense; rinse your face with warm water and dry. As you pat on the yogurt, say this charm: “Wholesome food of the ancient ones, ease my tension. Nourish my spirit and my skin; make me fresh again. Blessed be!” Kick back and relax or soak in the tub. Leave the yogurt on your face for about ten minutes. Rinse with cool water, pat dry. You’ll be refreshed.
